10 Reasons It's NEVER BEEN BETTER To Be A WWE Superstar

2. The Rebirth Of Tag Team Wrestling

And it's not just groups finally getting opportunities in a post-Vince McMahon world.

As he managed to do during his booking golden era for NXT, Triple H has addressed a decades-long hatred of tag team wrestling by his Father-In-Law by simply providing good-to-great doubles action every week and elevating the titles to a position of genuine worth.

The team that defeats Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso for the gold will be made as a double act by the win, just as the The Judgment Day were when they bested Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, just as they were when they terminated The Usos' record-breaking run at in the main event of WrestleMania.

The teams that could be next in line make up a list longer than zero, but the bar no longer needs to be set that low. The New Day's return has propelled them back to a top spot, but they're currently competing with the likes of The Street Profits, The Viking Raiders, Alpha Academy, DIY and others. Pretty Deadly won't be on the injured list forever, and the aforementioned stables provide multiple combinations for lost midcarders.

The future, for an incredibly refreshing change, looks as bright as the present.
