6. Time To Put Someone Over
John Cena's biggest fault is that, when it comes down to it, he pretty much never loses. The last two WrestleManias sum this up nicely. Both times he has gone in against hot young talents - Bray Wyatt and Rusev - and on both occasions, it has been his hand raised at the end. Both of those men's careers have arguably never recovered and Rusev, in particular, has plummeted off a cliff and into The League Of Nations. Meanwhile, Super Cena has stuck around at the top of the card. So what better time than WrestleMania 32 to redress the balance? To make up for old times by putting a young talent over on their way to success. If Cena had gone into the AT&T Stadium and been pinned by a Finn Balor or an AJ Styles, it would have hot-shotted them straight towards the top of the card. It would have been huge. With the way WWE book their mid-card there are few guys with a strong enough record that a victory over them still means anything, but Cena is as important today as he was ten years ago.
