10 Reasons Triple H Will Succeed As WWE Boss

3. He Knows How To Build Stars In Today's Wrestling Landscape

One of the harshest criticisms facing Vince McMahon's and today's WWE Creative is the fact that neither really knows how to create a star anymore. The booking of the shows is done in such a way that no one is really allowed to get over on anyone else. Unless your last name is Cena. Wins and losses do not matter, everyone is worried about protecting their legacies and championships are more props than coveted prizes. A look at what Triple H has accomplished with NXT suggests that he understands how to make a star in today's industry more than his father-in-law, something many behind the scenes would not be quick to admit. The fact of the matter is that Kevin Owens is already more over than 90-percent of the roster and most of that is the direct result of how The Game instructed the writing staff in NXT to portray him. Owens is a bada** villain who tells the world what he is going to do, then does it. He does so in the name of providing his family with a greater life but, beneath that facade, there is a disturbing enjoyment on his part as he destroys the men who step foot inside the same squared circle as him. It is a great character, as are the duo of Enzo Amore and Big Cass, the underdog Sami Zayn and the enigmatic Finn Balor. All of those have had Triple H's hand in them and are succeeding at varying levels. When he finally gets the opportunity to oversee the creative of the main roster shows, fans may finally get the compelling characters and breakout stars they have not been privy to over the last five years.
