10 Reasons UFC's Dana White Should Replace Vince McMahon In WWE

7. Submissions And Grappling Would Become Important In WWE Again

One thing missing from WWE these days that Dana White would certainly place an emphasis on is the importance of grappling and submissions. Recently on Stone Cold Steve Austin's podcast, Jim Ross dropped the bomb that Vince McMahon had to tell his agents that at least two wrestling holds had to be involved in the planning of matches. In a Dane White-run WWE, this wouldn't be an issue. UFC's bread and butter is that grappling is as important as stand-up, and the lack of pre-planned highspots actually adds a level of heightened excitement for when a flash knockout-as-ultimate highspot takes place. I could imagine Dana imploring guys and girls to find ways to use holds and counters as a way to build into non-grappling contact and the execution of impacting maneuvers.
