10 Reasons Why John Cena Will Be WWE's 2015 MVP

10. He's Taken A "Demotion" With A Smile

Imagine the year is 1993 and while Bret Hart was the WWF Champion after defeating Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan's return to the WWF in February 1993 involved him defeating cocky heel Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels and then putting over the likes of the British Bulldog, Michaels and Razor Ramon. Knowing Hogan's political issues, this would've never happened. The aforementioned scenario is basically the equivalent of what John Cena is doing with the United States Championship. Cena as the US Champion is a stunning move mainly because of just how agreeable Cena appears to be with the whole gambit. He's calling out opponents that are "beneath" him, and having competitive matches. It's the antithesis of what so many tippy-top stars in Cena's position have done in the past, and thus it's refreshed a significant portion of WWE's presentation.
