10 Reasons Why Randy Orton Is Everything Wrong With WWE

3. Orton's "Wrestlemania Moment" Was Missed

The buildup to Wrestlemania 25's main event between Orton and Triple H was amazing. Orton beat up Vince, Shane and Stephanie (the latter involving kissing Hunter's unconscious wife after she was hit with an RKO and Hunter was handcuffed to the ropes) and literally looked like the worldbeater he had been presented as being in WWE for especially the three years leading into the 2009 match. Triple H didn't necessarily "need" to win at Wrestlemania. Randy Orton's performance as an angry young man hellbent on claiming his legacy was more than enough to allow the heel to go over in this case. Orton leading The Legacy after having destroyed Triple H? That's money, and could've given the talents paired with Orton a FAR more significant rub. Just like with so many talents in need of spotlight moments where the torch is passed, Orton needed this Wrestlemania win and WWE dropped the ball.
