10 Reasons Why WWE Are Bringing Back The Undertaker

9. With Ratings Down, He Could Be A Big Boost

If Battleground ends with The Undertaker having a staredown with Seth Rollins or Brock Lesnar, everybody that watches that show is going to be talking about it. They will also call, text and email their casual wrestling friends that weren't watching it to make sure they turn into Raw on Monday because The Undertaker is back. The interest level in Monday's Raw would be much greater knowing that the legendary Undertaker would be on the show for the first time in over a year since he hasn't been on Raw this year. For a lot of wrestling fans that don't make Raw a regular viewing routine, Undertaker represents everything that's great about pro wrestling (or sports entertainment). He's a larger than life character that's been on television regularly for 25 years and was a key figure in the beloved Attitude Era as well. Since fans are so used to him only at WrestleMania, they will definitely tune in to see what he might be doing on WWE TV in the summer and stay tuned in to see what he might do next.
