10 Reasons WrestleMania 32 Will Exceed 31

1. Could Kickstart The Brand Extension's Return

It shouldn't be forgotten that the Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker Cell bout is for control of Monday Night Raw.

Should Vince's son win, he will - in storyline, at least - control WWE's flagship programme going forward. The whole situation harks back to the glory days of the 'Attitude' Era, but only with a modern twist.

This may just be WWE's way of reintroducing the idea of the 'Brand Extension' back to their product. If Shane did control Raw, it'd make sense to have another McMahon (either Vince or Stephanie) seize power on Smackdown. From there, it'd be relatively easy to book another WWE Draft situation.

There was nothing like this being put on the line at WrestleMania 31, as the focus was firmly on who would leave as WWE World Heavyweight Champion. This time around, the title is on the line in another major match, but there's also the power struggle between The Authority and Shane.

That's pretty cool, because it gives the feeling that what happens during 'Mania will resonate in WWE after the show.
