By the time WrestleMania 32 rolls around, AJ Styles will have been with the company for but a few short months. Rewind to just over 12 months prior, and he was facing Kota Ibushi in New Japan Pro Wrestling's 'Invasion Attack' show. That event took place in front of 9,500 people.

Contrast that with the some 100,000 fans WWE hope to cram into the AT&T Stadium on April 3rd, and it's night and day. Styles has competed around the world, putting on genuine classic matches with a number of opponents. He's ready for this.

It looks likely he will face Chris Jericho once more at WrestleMania, and he must be incredibly excited.

The match will no doubt be placed in a mid card spot, however, it's still a big deal for AJ, who has finally managed to reach the pinnacle of his profession after all these years. From a fan's perspective, seeing the former TNA standout work WrestleMania will be poignant, not to mention slightly surreal.

At one point, people may have been forgiven for thinking Styles would never make it to 'Mania. It's so cool that he has.
