10 Reasons WWE Needs Sting To Debut Before 2014 Ends

The WCW Icon could yet make his WWE debut this year.

Sting is in WWE. Those are three words that the majority of pro wrestling fans thought they would never hear used in the same sentence, yet that is the reality of the situation now. The former NWA and WCW champion is considered by many to be an icon in the industry and he is the last true legend that never worked for Vince McMahon. Or, at least he was the last true legend; the fact is that the man called Sting is on the McMahon family's payroll and he is more than excited to be there. However, he has not been used in any official capacity on TV yet. This seems like a crazy scenario, one in which a great number of the WWE faithful thought was not even remotely possible. Sting is on the roster for the first time in his illustrious career and that is something that fans have wanted to see since the moment he first debuted in Jim Crockett Promotions. The crowd saw he had something special then, they knew that he had the entertainment value to compete in a WWE ring. They knew that he could be a megastar if only he would make the jump to the big show. Now he has and they have not used him yet. How is that possible? Why is that possible? The answer may not be readily obvious but it could very well be that the company is saving him for something big at some point down the road. To imagine that he was brought in only to promote WWE 2K15 and then put back in the shadows is an even crazier scenario. Perhaps the time is coming in which he will step from the shadows into the spotlight of WWE. That moment should come soon and it should come before 2014 ends; here are 10 great reasons why.
