10 Relatively Unheralded Matches Worth A WWE Network Revisit

4. Eddie Guerrero Vs. Tajiri Vs. Rhyno Vs. Chris Benoit - WWE SummerSlam 2003

Not everyone can stomach watching a Chris Benoit match, with the knowledge of how his horrific last few days played out, but this match is worth revisiting for a reminder of Eddie Guerrero's brilliance alone.

It's also illustrative of how carving out a memorable and identifiable character is crucial in elevating a match beyond the mere exchange of moves and holds. Eddie famously revelled in lying, cheating and stealing, and his performance here is a characterful tour de force, twinned perfectly with the stipulation of the bout.

Hitting and running at anybody and everybody at the start of the match, he sells the inevitable three-on-one comeuppance before craftily waiting around the ringside area to break up every pin attempt in sight. His match-winning ruse sees him torpedo Rhyno's spear with a belt shot.

While pilfered from a famous WCW angle which saw Bret Hart utilise a similar tactic, it is nonetheless befitting of his status as one of the game's dirtier players.

This isn't just a one man show; Rhyno excels in this environment, laying waste to the field like they're crash test dummies, while Benoit and Tajiri stiffly strike everybody in sight to ramp up the realism.
