10 Retired Wrestlers Who Are Still In Amazing Shape

Turning back the clock...

Maintaining a good physique on the road must be arduous.

Pro wrestlers don't get a lot of sleep as it is, and days off are at a premium. Despite finally touching down in hotel rooms at 2/3am though, most haul themselves out of bed and manage to get their workouts in. If they didn't, then they might not be able to earn their keep in pro wrestling.

Wrestling is admittedly less obsessed with bodies than it was during the bulging muscle days of the 1980s, but workers are still expected to keep themselves in peak shape; whilst the days of biceps so big they look like they might burst through the skin are very much over as the norm, it's true that these are still very fit men and women.

As hard it is to maintain that look during their peak runs though, it must be 10x harder to keep things up after wrestlers call it a career. You'd think these folks would fancy slowing things down, reaching for the ice cream and relaxing after so many years of careful nutrition, dieting, cutting, bulking and exercise.

Not so, at least not with these retired faves...
