3. Chris Hero
Chris Hero had an opportunity to make it in WWE when he was signed to a developmental deal and worked in NXT under the name Kassius Ohno, but he was released late last year. This was a huge mistake on WWEs part. Hero, to his credit, took the release in stride and saw it as an opportunity to continue to tour internationally and set his own schedule. He has returned to Ring of Honor and hasnt lost a step, vaulting immediately to the top of the card. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VR-d5xa6UDk Chris has the size that a lot of other ROH talents lack, and is one of the most polished in-ring competitors in the company right now. The problem with Hero, and maybe one of the reasons that led to his departure, is that his offense (and finishing move) is so reliant on strikes (particularly from the elbow), and WWE has somebody similar in Wade Barrett. Hero might not be unique enough to be in WWE right now, but the smart money is on Chris getting a second chance.
