Seth Rollins' injury will likely force this program to the back-end of 2016, but it will be the hottest feud of recent years by a good distance. Ever since the break-up of the Shield, fans have been clamouring for a three-way showdown between Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose. It was touted by many to take place at WrestleMania 32, and WWE would be unwise to waste any more time once Seth returns - providing he's fit enough to take part in such an inevitably high-octane match, of course. Although an actual triple threat will probably be saved for a WrestleMania, seeing the build-up begin immediately upon Rollins' return would be fantastic - and potentially give us the defining feud of 2016. All three men have rabid fanbases and logical reasons to compete in the match, particularly if the WWE Championship is somehow involved. Rollins will want to prove himself as the best after losing his title to injury, while Reigns still hasn't gained revenge for Seth's cash-in at WrestleMania 31. Ambrose's reasons are a little more complex, and could be better explained with a heel turn - one revolving around a hidden bitterness at losing the WWE Title Tournament final to Roman, and the break-up of a stable in which he was a powerful de facto leader. Whatever the creative direction, 2016 could be remembered as the year of Rollins versus Reigns versus Ambrose. Believe that.
