Kenny Omega operates at a level that nobody else does.

Wrestling in his vision isn't some talk-heavy theatre in which storylines are advanced with brawls and beat-downs - well, it is, but there's far more to it than that. Omega recognises that fans want to luxuriate in the details of the narrative, to scrutinise every plot development across social media. In the build towards his formal, final full heel turn, he did precisely that - and a Twitter user whose name escapes your writer spotted it.

Omega, who also in this timeframe was spotted making various phone calls before sheepishly answering questions posed by Alex Marvez - conducted another interview with Tony Schiavone at his home. It was professional, barely even wrestling-y in any way. He put over Hangman Page nicely, ahead of their Full Gear 2020 match, and then, as a dog entered the frame, he said "This isn't even my dog, it's not even my home".

Thought to be signature wackiness, Omega was actually in the home of Don Callis - as was made apparent but not obvious with a picture of Callis managing his uncle, the Golden Sheik.

Omega told the audience of his plot, and made it all coherent in hindsight, and, in another glorious detail, it actually stemmed from the events of All Out 2020 - at which even the Young Bucks were mystified at Omega's behaviour and demands of a "change".
