8. Daniel Bryan Is Leaving WWE
The Theory: WWE's doctors won't clear Daniel Bryan to wrestle again so he will seek pastures new... The Evidence: The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion's career has hit a road block ever since he captured the top title 18 months ago. He received yet another concussion soon after winning the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 31 and hasn't wrestled since. He's garnered the opinion of many doctors yet his future in the ring is very much up in the air. Now, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Bryan wants to continue in the wrestling industry if WWE doctors dont pass him fit. Hed have to honour his contract, but once that expired, hed be free to work elsewhere. This has led to rumours of a move to CMLL, Lucha Underground or New Japan in a move that proves how much D-Bry loves the business. He's willing to put his long term health on the line for a few more runs round the proverbial track. Will It Happen? You would like to think not. If Bryan is forced to retire then having him round as a manager or good guy authority figure would be a shrewd move by WWE.
