2. John Cena

Hearing Brock Lesnar's theme music hit is undoubtedly more appealing than hearing The Time Is Now. The more intriguing storyline for this year's Royal Rumble, however, is having John Cena appear as one of the 30 entrants. This one isn't like The Rock or Stone Cold where it would be cool for them to come back and feud with their old rival. This one is enticing for the exact opposite reason. What if John Cena aligned himself with The Authority? The time for a Cena heel turn has almost jumped the shark, but based on current events the groundwork is there to make it interesting and still be believable. Cena was given the sole capability to bring The Authority back after they were thrown from power. After seemingly being an unwilling participant, Cena did just that and Hunter and Stephanie are in charge once again. A John Cena appreciation night followed where some of his stiffest competition for the Royal Rumble was fired, just to make his path to WrestleMania that much easier. He may play a begrudging party throughout, but even the potential of Cena being paired up with The Authority creates some very interesting television. Possible Entry: Late 20's, or 30 if The Authority is involved.
