10 Shocking Secrets WWE Don't Want You To Know

1. Their Attendance Figures Are Nonsense

With the reports of WWE piping in artificial crowd noises in post, you'd think the company found it difficult to sell out its venues, or something.

But that is clearly not the case. More than 500,000 people descended on Arlington's AT&T Stadium last year to watch Roman Reigns win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 32.

OK, so the official number is actually 101,763 - which would still make it the highest attendance in the company's history, bettering both WrestleMania III (itself pure fabrication) and Wembley's SummerSlam 1992.

And it would still be the highest attendance in the company's history, even if you took out all of the wrestlers, security workers and catering staff who were apparently included in the final figure, making their decision to embellish it like this a little confusing.

It seems that Vince McMahon got so excited about the prospect of breaking the magical 100,000 mark that he decided he wasn't going to let pesky little facts get in the way.

And, if you're Vince McMahon, you can just about get away with it, too.
