1. Brock Lesnar Attacks John Cena

On the July 14 edition of Monday Night Raw, Paul Heyman mysteriously offered The Authority a "guaranteed plan C" as it pertains to the WWE World title main event match. From the moment he said it, fans have assumed he's talking about The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. Brock has been rumored to be returning to WWE any time now. The man that ended The Undertaker's undefeated WrestleMania streak has never been off the radar thanks to Heyman and now he could be on his way back. Could that return happen on July 20? Battleground could be the night that Brock Lesnar comes back and shocks the world. And while it may seem unrealistic to believe he would work for The Authority, it's not unrealistic to believe he would come in and destroy John Cena. Brock and Cena likely still have bad blood stemming from their feud back in 2012 and that heat could simmer over at Battleground. Brock could come out after John wins the match and then crush him with the whole world watching. This would lead to a match between the two men at SummerSlam and it would set the wheels into motion for Brock versus Roman Reigns for the WWE World title at WrestleMania 31.
