Length of WWE Championship Reign: 5:15

This is probably the only title reign that was turned into a T-shirt.

WWE’s ongoing quest to make Roman Reigns “The Guy” was in full swing in 2015 – to no avail. When Seth Rollins’ run as The Authority’s chosen WWE Champion came to an unceremonious end due to a house show injury, the company was forced to hold a mini-tournament to crown a new champ. Reigns defeated Dean Ambrose in the finals at Survivor Series to finally claim his first world title.

But it wasn’t to be. Triple H came down to shake his hand, and Roman rightly laid The Game out. However, Sheamus punked out Reigns and immediately cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to win the WWE Championship. The Celtic Warrior’s reign would barely last three weeks before Roman got the title back.

Don’t feel too bad for Roman though; things worked out pretty well for him in the end.
