7. Triple H Splits Open The Phenom
Triple H's encounter with the Undertaker at WrestleMania 17 (the first of a memorable trilogy) featured a novel way of reversing the Deadman's last ride - by smacking him in the head with a sledgehammer. The Game was equipped with a specially-hollowed out weapon for this spot, allowing him to swing it more easily from his precarious position. Unfortunately, the rubber head of the hammer detached upon impact, causing the wood beneath to split 'Taker's forehead open and give him an unplanned crimson mask.
