One can imagine that it's a horrible thing to really have to hold in the back of your head. Like, "okay, so, drop down, get it again, hip toss, arm drag...throw Mick off the cage" is absolutely not how this heinous act was going down. In retrospect, everything after this bump is kind of secondary in the sense that this match is like an emotional funeral for everything you thought you knew about what a pro wrestling match could be. The bump is so sick that 17 years later, it's still jarring to the senses to watch. It makes us as fans question why we watch this, it makes us question why wrestlers would do this to each other, it makes us question if this is all really worth it...
