10 Signs That Point To WWE WrestleMania 34 Being AWESOME

9. Braun Avoids A Bigger Monster

The events of Survivor Series 2017 threatened, more than they promised, a meeting between Braun Strowman and Triple H. Triple H historically situates himself in programmes with performers who generate the most buzz. Braun Strowman was tailor made to play the Game - but the Game is incompatible with the Monster Among Men, who excels as a rapid, unstoppable force of nature. Triple H, to wrestle the only match of which he is capable in his advancing years, would have to stop and methodically work over that monster, thus diluting entirely his berserk appeal.

The signature of Ronda Rousey, a performer equipped with the most buzz, has seemingly cast a shadow over that foreshadowing. Recent rumours indicate that Strowman is set for a programme opposite The Miz - one that logically dictates much-needed brevity on a marathon slog, and promises to maximise the blustering chickensh*t stylings of the Intercontinental Champion in the build-up. The prospect of The Miz selling fear and doing everything in his imagination to avoid a kicking (disguises, bribes, disappearing acts) is the stuff of which sports entertainment, at its best, is made. The sight of Miz on a milk carton is far more palatable than Triple H milking Braun Strowman.

Luckily, Rousey, being female, means Trips is unable to work her leg over for 20 minutes...
