4. Randy Savage’s Gear - Wedding Photographer

Reality show Pawn Stars is a haven for those who enjoy seeing people sell priceless pop culture history for relative peanuts so they can make a quick buck. On one episode, a chap walked in the shop claiming to have ring worn Randy Savage ring attire - it looked very similar to his pre-nWo gear in WCW.

The seller also claimed to have been Randy's wedding photographer, and that he was allowed to hand-pick the costume as a gift after the ceremony. That emotional story seemingly didn't matter when there was cash to be made from cast members Corey and Chumlee on some popular TV show.

Money > sentiment, at least in this instance.

Randy Savage might've been aghast had he been alive to see his old ring gear getting flogged this way. Eventually, after some typical Pawn Stars back and forth haggling for maximum TV drama, the photographer agreed to sell the outfit for $5,000.
