'The World's Strongest Man' isn't just a gimmick for Mark Henry. At one point in time, the former 'Sexual Chocolate' could stake a legitimate claim to the title, and his record as a competitive weightlifter shows that he is unquestionably the most powerful man to ever compete for WWE.

Henry is the only man to ever squat more than 900lbs without the aid of a squat suit, then deadlift a further 900lbs in the same powerlifting meet. First set in 1995, these milestones remain intact today, and his lifting record speaks for itself. He was named 'The World's Strongest Teenager' back in 1990, represented the USA at both the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games, won the first Arnold Strongman Classic in 2002, and has a host of other accolades to his name.
