10 Strongest WWE Wrestlers EVER

9. John Cena

He might've slimmed down a tad for Hollywood (and naturally due to age), but John Cena remains in tremendous physical shape. His official bench press number sits at 480lbs, but it's claimed Cena has reached the 500lb mark in the past. That wouldn't be shocking, especially when analysing his in-ring exploits.

Huge men like Big Show and Mark Henry have remarked that John lifted them like children during matches despite their massive size. The way he hoisted Show on his shoulders for an FU/Attitude Adjustment back in the day was always impressive, but it's arguably even more so that even Henry felt light in Cena's grasp!

Incredible.

Cena is one of those raw-boned types. He's clearly worked at things for decades, but it wouldn't surprise anybody if John was just naturally strong in his youth before picking up a set of dumbbells and doing some bicep curls. It's important to note the leg strength it takes to lift guys like Show and Henry too.
