10 Strongest WWE Wrestlers EVER

4. Big E

Check out these numbers.

Big E has posted a 711lbs squat, 529lbs bench and 799lbs deadlift. To make those digits even more impressive, E achieved those lifts whilst simultaneously training to become a wrestler and working down in WWE’s old developmental wing Florida Championship Wrestling. He's a physical marvel.

There are also reports out there that the New Day man benched 575lbs during a session at John Cena's gym, but that wasn't a competitive lift. Sod that. It's still incredible and deserves to be celebrated. Unfortunately, E's serious neck injuries mean he won't come anywhere close to those numbers again.

His pro wrestling career is in limbo at the moment too, and fan hopes fade on a return the longer time marches on. That near-800lbs deadlift should turn the stomachs of anybody who has ever attempted the exercise properly. You need legs like tree trunks to even consider deadlifting that sort of weight.
