10 Superstars That Should Have Been Allowed To Keep Their Entrance Music In WWE

6. NWO

A slightly contentious inclusion on this countdown as The New World Order debuted at No Way Out 2002 using their WCW theme, 'Rockhouse.' However, there has been untold amounts of confusion to who actually owns this song in years gone by. It was originally composed by Frank Shelley for WCW, who sampled riffs of Jimi Hendrix's 'The Stars That Play With Laughing Sam's Dice'. Then, the McMahons bought WCW and seemingly the ownership of 'Rockhouse' until they allegedly slipped up and lost the rights to an adult film company. All this speculation must have some truth to it as the theme below was used for some events in 2002 and was dubbed onto most of, if not all WWE's DVD releases that year. There is little doubt The NWO's original 'Rockhouse' theme is one of the greatest entrance songs of all time and the fact WWE seemingly took their eye off the ball cannot be ignored. Kevin Nash used a shortened version of 'Rockhouse' during his brief return in 2011 which means all the controversy must have been put to bed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDxvEjMxaI4
