7. Becky Lynch

For whatever reason, WWE Creative has failed to get behind Becky Lynch in a way that would suggest she is one of the elite female competitors on the roster, despite her in-ring skill set proving otherwise. She has repeatedly demonstrated a far more expansive move set than several of her peers and has recently incorporated a fiery babyface comeback, one of the signature elements of any successful hero.

Lynch is a fine example of a competitor destined to thrive in a split WWE Universe. As a big fish in a small pond rather than a small fish in an ocean, she can seize the spotlight and not have to worry about overcoming second-generation stars defined by their father or emerging from the tremendous shadow of The Boss.

The Lass Kicker is a performer capable of carrying a division on her own. Anyone following her social media accounts can attest to her charisma and personality. Add to that the aforementioned in-ring work and the Irish-born wrestler can follow in the footsteps of a Trish Stratus or Lita. To do so, she needs to get to a place where the spotlight shines on her and her alone.
