10 Terrible Matches WWE Champions Don't Want You To See

9. Extreme Elimination Chamber (ECW December To Dismember)

Adding weapons to the Elimination Chamber to give it an 'Extreme' flavour in Vince McMahon's disgracefully mishandled December To Dismember show, the ECW brand's one and only pay-per-view main event was a catastrophe throughout. Not even Lio Rush could have saved Bobby Lashley's soul as he entered in a pro-Roman Reigns performance as the loathed babyface.

Going into the match, sentimental favourites were the unbeaten newcomer CM Punk, and perennial ECW holdovers Rob Van Dam and Sabu cast as stalwarts against monsters The Big Show, Lashley and Test.

In one penultimate troll job on his audience, Vince booked Sabu to get decked before even entering, allowing Hardcore Holly into the chamber in his place. Driving the knife in further, CM Punk was next eliminated, and by last remaining favourite RVD no less.

Van Dam himself was despatched minutes later by Test, who was yet another pariah that represented absolutely nothing the live crowd had paid to see. Lashley's eventual victory provided no catharsis whatsoever - particularly considering how unprepared he was for the responsibility he had.
