10 Terrible Wrestlers Who Perfected AWESOME Moves

10. The Ascension's Fall Of Man

Perhaps "terrible" does Viktor a disservice here, as The Ascension's smaller man has always been a clear step or two ahead of cumbersome Konnor between the ropes. Regardless, the tandem were only ever effective in short bursts. Their 364-day NXT Tag Team Championship reign was comprised largely of one-sided poundings, with only Camacho and Hunico pushing them beyond ten minutes, and fleeting main roster opportunities offered no suggestion that this was a team capable of doing more than squash jobbers.

Their main roster "push" was pathetic, as they were immediately cast into a bin labelled "Z-Tier Road Warriors" from day one. Regardless, Konnor and Viktor were even more limited than Hawk and Animal - and in an era where the power and paint aesthetic had long since outlived its use.

The Ascension always had two things going for them: a cool ring entrance a cool finisher. The Fall of Man ruled. A combination legsweep/rotating uppercut, it looked great when executed on little dudes and big guys alike, acting as an impactful exclamation point on those squashes.
