10 Terrible Wrestlers Who Perfected AWESOME Moves

7. Buff Bagwell's Blockbuster

Buff Bagwell Blockbuster
WWE

Buff Bagwell stands as one of the few men to be fired from WWE after just a single televised match, as Vince McMahon cut ties with the former massage therapist following a disastrous WCW Championship bout with Booker T and ensuing backstage confrontation with Shane Helms. A faked injury at the previous week's SmackDown tapings may have marked his card before then, in fact, with Buff's mother Judy (she of "on a forklift" fame) calling in to complain about an alleged APA-inflicted ailment.

Though he had personality and a decent look, Bagwell had little else other than his Blockbuster. This was a tremendous move, particularly given his size, and Buff always looked cool as he flung himself off the middle turnbuckle, flipped, and smashed the opponent into the mat.

Praise the likes of Oney Lorcan for bringing the Blockbuster back to relevance in 2020: it's too awesome a move to go unused.
