Is there anything as perversely amusing as Sting unmasking as Sting?

This bizarre phenomenon was meme'd forever after a legendarily silly reveal that itself borrowed from a classic WCW bit, but the chaos suited Orlando's Impact Zone more than it ever did peak era Nitro.

A punter dressed as 'The Stinger' pulling off the the iconic face pant mask to show...the iconic face-paint on the 'Icon's face felt extremely TNA during a brief period where they had him mercilessly beating up Hulk Hogan's favourite wrestlers.

Rob Van Dam had defeated the former WCW Champion on television to already earn a few brutal sh*t-kickings, but Sting continued his crime spree by throwing a char at Van Dam from behind the guardrail and the mask as he bonded with fans. Cool and dangerous plan, but just look at the gif above - even without the footage of the subsequent beatdown, it's only as terrifying as it is hilarious.
