Inter-gender wrestling remains a hot button issue in 2022, thanks to reasoned concerns on either side about the ramifications and implications that often come with the form.

Fans of the genre support and clamour for the best and most progressive versions of it. Nobody (outwardly) endorses the type of stuff that went on two decades ago. And nor should they considering ECW saw the line, jumped over the line and then set fire to what remained of the line and danced in the flames.

The Sandman's wife Lori Fullington showed immense bravery when a return to her husband's side resulted in her facing the horrors of a genuinely deranged Rhino. A gore through a table from 'The Manbeast' set up a pay-per-view bout at Hardcore Heaven, but things got worse rather than better. Fullington and Rhino raised (or lowered, depending on your persuasion) the bar, resulting in the frightening sight of him piledriving her through a table on the (completely unprotected) arena floor from the apron.

A move almost never attempted due to the obvious risk, it proved even more shocking due to Rhino's relative inexperience at the time and the physical disparity between him and his diminutive victim.
