5. Rob Terry Once Manged Ziggler
After The Spirit Squad were disbanded, Ziggler headed back to Ohio Valley Wrestling, and later Florida Championship Wrestling, to build himself back up into a character the WWE could promote to the main roster. And in FCW, he gained the nickname "The Natural", and even managed to gain himself a manger - Rob Terry. That's right, back in the days when the man who now competes as The Freak in TNA was with the WWE, he was perhaps most famous for being the manager of Dolph Ziggler. The two had a pretty successful alliance - albeit a relatively short-lived one, though. With Terry's help, Ziggler managed to win a fair few matches in FCW, and move his way up the standings and build towards his big break on the main roster. It's interesting to look back at former allegiances in developmental wrestling and look at the two paths both men have gone on. Although Terry would later be released without ever cracking the main roster, Ziggler would get his break sooner, rather than later - debuting as Ziggler in 2008.
