10 Things You Don't Know About WWE In 1994

5. Gangrel Was In The WWF As €œThe Vampire€

Anybody who has ever played a WWF Video Game from 1999 knows that the Gangrel character was a product of White Wolf Entertainment. But Gangrel (real name David Heath) made one appearance in the WWF in 1994 under the moniker €œThe Vampire€ in a dark match. Obviously the name wasn€™t as clever as Gangrel, and there were no reports of any blood-spitting or fire entrances. Heath also appeared on WWF Television as the Black Phantom, an enhancement talent that lost a match to the 1-2-3 Kid on the March 28 edition of Monday Night Raw. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBgb1M6qZuo Heath would become a part of the WWF family later in the year when he married Luna Vachon, who was a full-time competitor for WWF, in October of 1994.
