The biggest free agent in wrestling has made his intentions clear.

There will be no Alamodome. There will be no Orlando. Kenny Omega will be seeking a return to New Japan Pro Wrestling where he intends to compete for at least 2017. This is terrific news for some and heartbreak for others, but we can all be excited that we will see The Cleaner follow up his wild 2016 with another year of exciting performances.

Having broken through so many barriers last year, Kenny may be stuck for goals to aim at. However, as we will see in this list there is plenty for him to do over the course of 2017. New rivalries may emerge as old ones are rekindled. New alliances may be formed where old ones break down. He has achievements and accolades both to win and to defend.

Here are 10 things Kenny Omega must do in New Japan in 2017...

10. Clash With Suzuki-Gun

Kenny's role at the New Year's Dash was indicative of his unclear future post-Wrestle Kingdom. He led a Bullet Club contingent in a losing effort to a veteran team relatively early in the day's proceedings. It would all kick off shortly after.

Minoru Suzuki and his Suzuki-Gun faction stormed the arena to lay waste to Chaos who had been riding high after multiple title victories. Laying their claim to all of these titles, Suzuki's warriors immediately placed themselves as a top heel faction and since then Bullet Club has been ousted, without bookings for the New Beginning tour. These intruders may share Bullet Club's antagonistic ethos but when you include Los Ingobernables there isn't a lot of room for more heel stables.

When Bullet Club returns they will inevitably lock horns with the NOAH exiles and the matter will almost certainly be settled by the leaders. Whether it's a title match, during a tournament, or simply a blood-feud, Suzuki represents a strong opponent who Kenny will need to topple on his way back to the top.
