There's always FOX, Fox Sports 1, or Fight Pass, but CM Punk made a very brief, seemingly innocuous statement about his future being on PPV at the Q&A. Now, it might not be surprising to some, but lets face it - most fighters with little experience (and some fighters have joined the UFC with just a few fights under their belt) get stuck on the Fight Pass prelims or free television. Not so for Punk - he'll be on PPV, and it probably means he's getting PPV dollars - a bonus based on the number of buys the event gets. For example, he might get base pay for 200,000 buys or under, then $1 per buy for up to 400,000 buys, $2 a buy after that... the numbers will change based on the contract, but there's generally a scale, and a couple of ranges within that dictates how many bonus dollars a fighter can get.
