10 Things Stone Cold And Brock Lesnar Must Discuss On WWE Network Podcast

4. What Was It Like For Brock To Beat Everyone In 2002?

In 2002, Brock Lesnar had one of the greatest rookie years of all-time.

His epic run began the night after WrestleMania 18 when he destroyed Spike Dudley, Maven and Al Snow. From there he waged war with everyone, including Rob Van Dam, Hulk Hogan, The Hardy Boyz, Ric Flair, The Rock, The Big Show, Edge and The Undertaker, often defeating each man dominantly on pay-per-view.

As history would suggest, Lesnar was immediately pegged for big things, and WWE opted not to waste any time crowning him the new king. But how did a rookie Brock Lesnar process all of this? Was he feeling resistance from other members of the roster?

This would be a perfect time for Lesnar and Austin to talk about their failed match, and see how both men address the issue face to face.

Furthermore, did Lesnar feel like he was moving too fast, or was it all a blur to him. I can imagine it being easy to go through with winning all of those matches, but the immense pressure those victories placed upon his broad shoulders cannot be underestimated.
