With various comments about potentially coming out of retirement at some point in the future, AJ Styles has continued to add to such speculation by getting physical at an independent show over the weekend.

Of course, Styles retired at this year's Royal Rumble after losing to Gunther, and that was soon followed by an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame during the weekend of WrestleMania 42. However, despite hanging up his boots, the Phenomenal One has regularly teased that maybe he's not completely retired, and that every pro wrestler can come out of retirement at least once.

Specifically, AJ has talked up the possibility of one day teaming up with one of his sons if the right opportunity presented itself. And, as it happens, it was one of his sons that led to P1 getting physical for the first time since retirement.

This came during Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment's It's All Good event in Marietta, Georgia last night, where Avery Styles was in action. With Avery on the receiving end of a post-match beatdown, that was broken up by AJ, who landed several punches and was close to hitting the Styles Clash.

For those not too familiar with Avery Styles, the 19-year-old second-generation talent made his in-ring debut earlier this year, and is nowadays under contract with TNA in addition to working independent dates.

As for AJ Styles, he's been scouting and training the stars of tomorrow at the WWE Performance Center since retiring.
