At WrestleMania 31, fans were teased with the idea of a showdown between legendary rivals The Rock and Triple H. In a single staredown, they created an electricity that reminded the audience of why they made as much money for themselves, and WWE, while working together earlier in the century. They have such chemistry that the idea of them having a bad match is nonexistent. With WWE hoping to attract the largest indoor attendance for any event ever at WrestleMania 32, what better time for Rock to take a step back from his Hollywood commitments and step foot inside the squared circle for one more match with his most competitive rival. The groundwork has been laid, both at this year's event and in a recent backstage vignette involving the two, so little in the way of elaborate storytelling would be necessary. Simply put, the two legends of the squared circle could wrestle on this week's Raw or next year's WrestleMania and create the same sort of buzz and excitement, regardless of when or where the contest takes place, and with or without any substantial build. Booking The Rock's return to the squared circle for WrestleMania 32 would garner mainstream attention, which tends to follow the Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment. Why WWE would pass up to opportunity if it presented itself is a mystery.
