10 Things That Should Definitely Not Happen After WrestleMania 32

AJ Styles is for life... not just for WrestleMania.

WrestleMania acts as both the ending and beginning of a new 'season' for WWE, and this current season of top tier professional wrestling has been akin Chelsea's efforts in the Premier League. If you're not familiar with English football, just know that's a bad thing. The ratings for WWE's flagship program Raw have been on the decline for years now and it's not too difficult to see why. The staff who control the outcome of the entertainment have been out of touch with what the product's main consumers want to see for years. Although the booking and storytelling has shown glimpses of improvement over the past season, it hasn't been long before the failures have returned. Again, much like Chelsea. WrestleMania 32 can't come quick enough for WWE; even though the card is shaping up to be somewhat shallow for such a big event, The Showcase of the Immortals is guaranteed to boost Raw ratings and the overall interest in the product, as is the case every year. If WWE wants to avoid tossing that natural boost into the bin, some current booking trends that have fuelled the ratings decline need to be put to rest. By the same token, other booking possibilities should be completely avoided, assuming WWE wants to keep its fans interested beyond June. Forget the things that should happen in order to increase viewers; these are 10 things that must not happen after WrestleMania 32.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
