WWE offered us a little glimpse of what The Undertaker is like backstage during the WWE 24 documentary on WrestleMania XXX. There was a brief segment on the Undertaker/Lesnar match which showed 'Taker and Vince McMahon hugging along with Vince calling for help when Undertaker collapsed after the match. It was brief but fascinating stuff and whet the appetite for another, longer look at The Undertaker backstage in WWE. A WWE-produced behind-the-scenes look at The Undertaker is not without precedent: WWE released a non-kayfabe DVD biography of him in 2001 called This is my Yard. It showed Undertaker opening up about his gimmick (he was in full-on American bada** mode at that point), what it was like working with certain people, his love of motorbikes and even featured clips of 'Taker mentoring guys like Kurt Angle and The Hardys backstage. A 60 or 90 minute long WWE Network special is something that The Undertaker should do once he's been inducted into the Hall of Fame. In a time when WWE are constantly clamouring for new subscribers, a documentary on the Dead Man would surely boost numbers.
