10 Things We Learned About AEW’s Blood & Guts On Talk Is Jericho

1. The Fall Will “Never” Happen Again

After addressing the online negativity and anger of his family, Jericho closed the pod by saying he'll "never" work a stunt like that again. He was a bag of nerves all day before Blood & Guts, and doesn't think it's necessary for him to take such insane risks in his career ever again.

So, he hopes "as many people as possible" enjoyed it.

Jericho compared his nervousness to the overwhelming feeling of dread he experienced before taking a bump onto thumbtacks at WWE's Extreme Rules 2016 pay-per-view. That 'Ambrose Asylum' fall was arguably more painful (because of the tacks), but AEW's stunt was still too stressful for him.

Somebody else will have to step up and take the hit next time. Jericho is out, and says there's no chance in hell he's doing something like that again.
