Velveteen Dream is a special performer. Special.

That's he's this good this early in his career is incredible, and while his ring work still has a few rough edges to be ironed out before he's sent to the main roster, he excels in so many departments. He moves around the squared circle with the fluidity of water. A flashy in-ring arsenal carried by strong fundamentals means he's never lacking in the workrate department. There isn't a more intoxicating character in the company, and the way he projects it is exemplary.

At the top of this list of standout traits is Dream's charisma, which comes off well on television, but you don't grasp its full extent until you've shared a building with him. His magnetism reached all the way to the back row of the Barclay Center's highest section. Such things are often lost beyond the front few rows, but not with Dream. He's utterly unique in this company.

Most of Dream's best attributes are ones that can't be taught, even in a state of the art Performance Center. This bodes incredibly well for his long-term prospects.
