5. He Warned WWE About Randy Orton's Wyatt Angle

In late-2016/early-2017, Randy Orton temporarily joined The Wyatt Family before hatching his plan to target Bray and launch a WWE Title feud. The angle called for Luke Harper to sniff Randy's intentions out long before Wyatt, but Brodie told WWE's writing staff that was a huge mistake.

He argued that he'd become a focal point of the story and would get over with fans organically because he'd spotted the same thing they had. WWE disagreed, and said they'd work the tale so that people were on Orton's side more than Harper and Wyatt.

That...didn't happen.

Fans loudly chanted Harper's name whenever the trio were together, and he ended up poaching some of the attention that was meant for Bray and Randy. It's baffling that, though Brodie could see this happening beforehand and brought it up, WWE's creative team clumsily plodded along.
