10. Vince Always Wanted To Put Triple H In A Hair Vs. Hair Match

Vince McMahon admired how Triple H had whipped himself into better physical shape in 1999. The boss also liked his employee's zest for learning everything he could about the machinations of WWE behind the scenes. Through all that, there was one thing he despised: Hunter's hair.

One of the better (brief) stories Bruce told on the pod was how McMahon would constantly say during creative meetings that he'd "get that hair someday". At several points, 'Hair vs. Hair' matches were pitched; this, as Prichard has told on previous shows, flew in the face of Vince's usual hatred of that gimmick.

That didn't matter. He was determined to convince Triple H that he'd be best off hitting the barber shop, and he wanted to book him into a corner.

Hunter resisted time and time again, and so ferociously that McMahon eventually gave up. There have been similar stories about Vince's distaste for beards over the years. He's a clean-shaven, cropped hairstyle kinda' guy.
