Talk turns to Heyman being one of the greatest managers of all-time, which Heyman disagrees with. Not that he doesn't think he's good at his job or anything like that, but rather he doesn't want to be considered a 'manager'.

Why? Because to him Bobby Heenan is the greatest manager of all-time and he could never be as good a manager as he was. Hence why Heyman refers to himself as Lesnar's 'Advocate'.

In fact, Heyman has always tried to avoid being called a manager, going so far as to demand being labelled as the 'CEO' of the Dangerous Alliance in WCW or as Brock Lesnar' 'agent' during his initial WWE run in 2002.

Heyman then made a rather startling revelation, claiming that he was going to come to WWE in the late 80s/early 90s as Bobby Heenan's onscreen protege. This would eventually lead to Heyman turning on Heenan and taking over as leader of the Heenan Family, which would then become the 'Heyman Family'.

It didn't quite pan out that way, but Heyman's reverence for Heenan is clear to see.
