If you've ever wondered why the 'Jeri-KO' name didn't stick around very long when Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens were teaming, it's because Owens hates hokey tag-team names. He went on a mini-rant about this during the podcast, telling all who would listen that he fought WWE's announcers treating them as anything other than individuals.

Unless you're twin brothers like The Usos or a dedicated tag-team who don't wrestle as singles, then KO doesn't have time for tag monikers at all. He didn't want one for Jericho and he, and the same goes for his 'new' team with Sami Zayn. The only one Owens would accept, if he had to, would be 'The Sami & Kevin Show'.

That's only because they've been using that as a catchphrase on TV already, so it wouldn't feel forced. It was interesting to hear a self-admitted wrestling nut like Owens tear down the idea of tag-teams having names when they're not strict tag-teams and occasionally work separately.

He has a point.
