10 Things We Learned From Samoa Joe On Talk Is Jericho

5. Adopting The Muscle Buster

Joe responds to Jericho's question of if he invented the Muscle Buster by freely admitting that he stole it, as most things in wrestling are taken from others. He adds that he saw a performer named Mohammed Yone using it in NOAH and, after modifying it to dropping to his back rather that his rear, he adopted it for himself. Joe said it was important to him that he had a move that no one else in the States was using and he was "relatively sure" he could get most people in it. Chris comments how no one in WWE has stolen it but Joe refutes that by pointing out that Cody Rhodes used if for a while, mentioning how he was very respectful and asked Joe beforehand.
